This service includes but is not limited to, the availability and work
done by our funeral director(s) on behalf of the purchaser. This would
include the coordination and directing the services of our staff and
agents with those of the hospital, nursing home, or cemetery or
crematorium in picking up the remains from the place of death and making
the necessary arrangements for final disposition. It also includes the
invoices, booking staff and vehicles and other support functions.
Transfer of the Deceased From the Place of Death $200 (required)
The initial transfer of the deceased to our facility: This is
a 24-hour service and includes staff, a transfer vehicle and
specialized equipment.
Transfer to the Crematorium or Cemetery $200 (required)
Transfer of the deceased from our facility to the crematorium or cemetery of choice. This service includes staff, a transfer vehicle and specialized equipment.
Administration and Documentation $110 (required)
Staff services to prepare and retain all necessary
documentation; file, obtain and deliver required
documents and permits, provide disbursement cheques,
Canada Pension Information, a receipted account and
six Proof of Death Certificates.
Facilities to Shelter Remains $100 (required)
Arranging interim shelter of the deceased in a refrigerated room.

Additional Staff for Transfer From Place of Death $100
Depending on where the death occurs, we may be required to send a second staff member to the place of death for the transfer. This is done in the case of a nursing home death or a death at home. There will also be situations beyond our control where a second staff member is required.
Additional Proof of Death Certificates $50
6 copies of the proof death certificates are provided to you following the burial or cremation. We will sign for you an additional 6 copies if required.
Sanitation Pouch $50
Sometimes during a transfer our staff will require the use of a sanitation pouch. This is a professional decision made by our funeral directors depending on the state of the specific transfer.
